Hey @Delta your website wont let me cancel, and I've been on hold for 1.5 hours. Whats the deal? Your message says to cancel online but it wont let me. Can you help?

Hey @Delta, you changed my flight so now I am missing two of my connections. And of course when I try to contact you, your automated phone system hangs up on me, and the chat online times out. Is your intention to make cancelling so difficult no one does it!?

Hey @eBay your security is abysmal! 2 step verification, phone pins, and still my account is compromised. When I called in they didn't even ask for the phone pin! Why even set one! This is ridiculous!

So my @eBay account got compromised, and their support blocked the offending IP and Device ID not realizing those can be spoofed by hackers... I told them and they said it was fine. There is no way the same person can access the account... #security #disappointment
