Next week begins the start of one of busiest stretches of time I’ve had in my life. I’ll share later, but I’ve always believed in rising to the occasion, and that a little stress was good for you. I won’t have many moments where I can take it easy, but today I decided to.

It’s been over half a year since I’ve been on stage, but I’m finally in my first playoff 2025! I’ll be acting as “Carr Gomm” in Bernard Pomerance’s THE ELEPHANT MAN. This will be my first show for Chickasha Community Theatre, and my first time in the historic Washita Theatre.

I caught several movies with my mom this week. We saw Superman last night and we thoroughly enjoyed it - super fun and somewhat family friendly movie. I like the direction they’re taking with it, and o thought the casting was excellent! What did you think of Superman?

THE SHARK IS BROKEN at @pollardtheatre was an experience to behold. The excellent cast was complimented by an immersive set, and I found myself admiring the design as the dialogue was occurring. This play was well directed, well acted, and was technically sound! Well done!

Sixteen months of hard work has overcome two years of hard living. I’m older, but I’m fighting every day to live my best life. I’m pushing my body every week. I’m growing outside the gym. I’m trying to be somebody. I’m taking life as it comes. No small task for a dreamer.

I’ve been doing more yoga recently. I used to be an avid practitioner - now I use it to heal up my body after a tough work out. I thought I hit this Upward Facing Dog rather well.

I captured these photos from my favorite tree. It blooms like this for a few weeks once a year and it’s one of my favorite things to touch, smell, and look at. Until next year, my friend. You’re always a little ahead of your time… #shotoniphone

I’m extremely proud to announce that I’ve been voted as the BEST SUPPORTING PERFORMER IN A PLAY from the 2024 @BroadwayWorld Oklahoma Awards! I received the nomination for my role as “Major Cary” in BEN BUTLER, which was produced at Carpenter Square Theatre this past summer.

Love seeing the community build awesome tools for Snek. Shoutout to @snekcoinprice who created a memecoin ranking dashboard. Snek is now the 24th largest memecoin in the world, and climbing!

I took a trip to @circlecinema this past Saturday to see a short I star in, I’M TAKING YOU HOME. The film is a dark comedy directed by my friend Zach Litwack and played before a live score presentation of HAXAN. Glad I was finally able to catch it on the silver screen! 📽️

Taking a much needed day to myself. I’ve been doing way too much, which is par the course for me. I really don’t like to stay busy, but I like to achieve. I like to try new things. But really I love to relax and do the simple things. I’m always up for a good matcha… 🍵

This past week marked the anniversary of the premiere of Murder Made Me Famous: Charles Manson on nationwide television. It was a surreal day that included an article in @people about my portrayal. After all this time, for better or worse, it remains my most infamous role.

After nearly a decade of practice (and what’s been now more than six months of body, mind, and spirit rehabilitation), I’ve decided to advance my practice by pursuing a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. I’m doing it with the studio that always resonated with me most.
