Hi @AddisonLeeCabs / @AddisonLeeHelp - you left my 93 year-old neighbour waiting outside in a wheelchair for 45+ mins this morning for a taxi paid & ordered in advance; thankfully, the hospital was forgiving & excellent when she got to her appointment. Shockingly poor service.

@AddisonLeeHelp not at all happy I have car booked for 18:10 which I spoke to you about earlier you said you added pick up notes which nine had been you message me at 17:34 saying driver arrived yet in fact they didn’t turn up until 18:23 so 13 minutes after time booked

Even when it’s pre arranged on a phone call @AddisonLeeCabs driver will STILL refuse to take the fastest route. Insisting on saving petrol by taking the shorter route. SO INFURIATING everytime I get in the car I have to argue with the driver. @AddisonLeeHelp

@AddisonLeeHelp I’m very very disappointed in your services. I’ve been waiting for a car since 16:15 (45 mins ago) because I cannot get home on the tube due to a broken foot. As an account holder and regular booker this is incredible frustrating.

@British_Airways the customer service is hedious. I am taking my first flight in 2 years with BA and the customer service has just plummeted to hell. Shameful and pathetic, no excuse for the way they are treating customers. Can someone please contact me asap? #badcustomerservice

@British_Airways 1hr 17mins on hold to speak to an agent, and then all of a sudden my call is answered and the agent immediately ends the call. Is that how BA now conducts its business? I have 3 round trips booked for 2022 with you - I'm now cancelling all of them!

Hi @British_Airways, we’ve been trying to call you for a week, but it disconnects and says you’re busy every time. We’ve tried live chat but it says no one is home, despite it being work hours on a week day. We’ve tried DM’ing on Twitter, but no one replies. What gives?

Over three hours on the phone to @British_Airways having been cut off three times after an hour. I can only book my flights by phone but can't speak to anyone. One way on ensuring they never refund anyone for pandemic cancelled flights!
