The wheels are coming off the government’s repeated attempt to “PR” its way out of this. The issues are real. The bills are starting to become real. Flats will not sell on the back of those bills. Reality will not match the government’s rhetoric. #NotJustCladding #WeAreTrapped

Last night on @BBCNewsnight. Responsibility for removing cladding lies everywhere apart from with the residential leaseholders. My advice to the Government: bail out these people trapped in unsafe apartments then make the arrangements to chase those who 𝘢𝘳𝘦 responsible.

On top of being mortgage prisoners due to cladding issues, seems like insurance companies are also joining in now with enormous/ridiculous increases (more than 7x increase!) on buildings insurance premiums... @LondonCAG: who is able to keep on paying all of this? #unbelievable

600,000 people have been warned that the cladding covering their homes is a fire risk and must be tested. Should it fail those tests, the cladding will have to be replaced — and that cost could bankrupt them. My story: google.co.uk/amp/s/www.spec…

Amazing collaborative experience, looking at your pictures with fresh eyes and going through a process of fine-tuning to lift them to another level in “The art of picture selection” by @TPOTY. This workshop helped me to revisit previous shots as well as improve out in the field!

Boris Johnson forgets that the Hulk only fights for the good of the whole. Mad and strong can also be dense and destructive. The Hulk works best when he is in unison with a team, and is a disaster when he is alone. Plus...he’s always got Dr. Banner with science and reason.

Just like @theresa_may is having to reach out to @jeremycorbyn to sort out the #Brexit deadlock, EU citizens with an iPhone are having to reach out to Android users to sort out their #EUSettlementScheme application. I’m not entirely sure who is having to bridge the biggest gap...

Fixed time, fixed scope projects always end in 1 of 3 ways: 1. We move the deadline. 2. We reduce scope. 3. We implement “crunch mode” , everybody puts in 80 hour weeks till the deadline, burns out, quits and goes to work somewhere else.
