Booked accommodation through @Airbnb Now realised it looks suspicious - generic photo, unusual reviews,large bond,charges outside AirbandB. @AirbnbHelp said doesn’t breach policies/can’t do anything.Had a high level of trust with @Airbnb before this.Anyone else experience this?

Incredible talk by @DianeARodgers on Saturday at @CentreMyth Great to see research methodology applied to 70s children’s UK TV. Definitely brought a new dimension.Question I didn’t get to ask: WTF is The Owl Service all about and why is it so unsettling while nothing happens!😃

So @AmazonUK took my money, didn’t give me the goods and are now asking me to beg my bank for the money. Great business model (for them), unacceptable customer service for us. Is it even legal?

I’ve been trying to stop using @AmazonUK but today I was convinced.I ordered a lot of items & one didn’t arrive.I only realised today. Because it’s over 30 days they won’t refund or replace.they have stolen my money.Wanted you all to know this was possible. It’s not advertised!
