Trauma doesn’t just shape your emotions it rewires your biology. In school settings, this could show up as distressed behaviours. Hypervigilant, anxiety, anticipation of danger,on edge, unsafe & chronic fatigue due to unprocessed emotional weight. Educators need to know this.🧠🌱
