SLs are not meant to get hit all the time. They are mostly there in case something unfortunate happens. Think about it like this: One should not drive a car without an airbag: True. But one should not keep driving the car till the airbag deploys: Also true.🙏 My SLs are airbags. I don’t use them to stop the car. I have brakes for that. 🙂

@dayendtrader Very illustrative explanation as always..
@dayendtrader I have a question... how do u decide when to follow sl and when to book out early... Yeh wale se laga tha ki we need to wait for sl... but is there a better way? x.com/dayendtrader/s…
@dayendtrader Very Interesting thought. Something to ponder over the weekend.
@dayendtrader Sir but at times one would interfere with the process, especially beginners. They will not let the stock hit SL and be impatient and handle the trade. So letting price hit SL would be the right part ?
@dayendtrader Sir pls differentiate between SL &. Break here. What should be the best approach for short n long term?
@dayendtrader True sir, I do close my trades some times when I feel there is no follow up buying and price action looks weak.
@dayendtrader Wow never thought of SLs like that. Puts a new perspective into the whole game
