Chapter 5 Sharing my personal life struggles has always been hard for me. Part of that is fear of having people pity me. I know that letting our walls down helps create stronger teams. We have to trust our team will accept us with all our flaws. #CreightonSticksTogether

Ch 2 Motivating my team would require giving them something to work towards. It might be something extrinsic or just knowing we have been successful. Just like for kiddos-it’s not always about stuff-sometimes just knowing that you’ve won is enough. #creightonstickstogether
