I spent 2 days implementing Task-Master to organize and run my agentic coding project. Turns out, my PRD and build doc process was more detailed than Task-Master could handle, and it built a more coarse plan. I'd rather spend 3 days building specs than 6 debugging. #AI #Cursor

As someone who would spend weeks drafting a PRD, I'm so amazed at how fast I can build a really detailed one using LLMs. While ChaptPRD.ai is pretty good, I like to take mine 3X further in detail and refinement before I check it in for the build process.

Demolition of any building or system is acceptable when you have a plan for reconstruction. Otherwise it's called "destroying". If other groups or people are going to be responsible for the reconstruction, adequate communication of the plan is critical to its success. #tariffs
