@depthsofwiki Funny that the company I work for was very vocal about people not "quiet quitting", but regularly practices this.
@depthsofwiki The reward for doing good work is more work. Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much. If they’re not paying you for the extra burden you need to find another job.

@depthsofwiki This happened to me and then upper management came by and apologized for not promoting me sooner and gave me a raise. I was so thankful because I hate looking for a job
