If I had my investment life all over again, I would just have invested in anything that follows Metcalfe’s Law. I think it is a secular shift via technology and beats even old school high vol/ long time-horizon macro in accumulating super normal returns over time.

@eriz35 @keubiko You’ve got it reversed. The ultimate prosecutor/defense team is the stock price itself. If the stock goes down, and investors lose money due to alleged crimes, the regulators/law enforcement get interested. They are pro-cyclical, not pro-active. Archeologists, not detectives.
