主人公の新モデル、体形やテクスチャを調整して、だいぶそれっぽく見えるようになってきた Tripoで作ったモデルはUVがぐちゃぐちゃなので色を変えるのがだいぶめんどくさい

取り込んだ絵をそのまま出したら手足が不自然なくらいに細くて、主役というよりはだいぶザコ敵っぽい印象に。 前回もプレイヤーはここからデフォルメして手足と腰を不自然なくらいに太くした方が安定して見えた。 モデルの画像を見るとここまで違和感はないのでほんとなんでなんだろう
モデルの精度が上がったのでどんな風に見えるかな…？とそのまま骨を入れてレンダリングしてみたら、細いうえに真っ黒につぶれてて、すごく印象が悪い。これが動くと余計に細く見える。 顔の精度は上がったんだけど、それ以外は全体にいまいちなので、やっぱりだいぶ修正が必要そう…
ちょっと見ない間にTripoが別物になってて驚いた。モデルの精度もずいぶん上がってて、衣装のディティールや完全につぶれて変形してた髪の毛や指などがちゃんと再現されるようになってる。ドット絵にすると誤魔化せるので詳細は無視してたけど、顔がちゃんと出るようになったのは良さそう。進歩が速い
nano-banana、特徴を維持したままポーズの指定ができて素晴らしい。 この一年で画像からの3Dモデル生成もだいぶ進歩しているので、このあたりで一旦モデルを作り直した方がいいかも…？

ソフトウェアの設計をこういう配線する行為にしてしまうと、あらゆるプロセスの難度が上がり工数がアホほどかかる。が、こうしないと作れないと考える勢が発注側にも受注側にもまだまだいるし、設計とプログラミングで境界を切るからこそ、設計が配線行為になってしまうともいえる。
Stable Diffusionを使用したドット絵変換を廃止して、レンダリング画像をPythonスクリプトのみで処理するように。 ドット絵感は減ったけど、AI変換に伴う絵の不安定さ・解像度の上限問題・抜きがうまく取れずエッジが壊れる問題などがなくなってコンバートも早くなり、メリットが大きいので軌道修正。
FramePackでプレイヤーキャラのイラストを動かしてみた。 プロンプトだけで狙ったポーズにするのが難しいのですごいガチャ感はあるけど、手元のPCで一枚の絵からちゃんと一貫性を保った状態でここまで動かせてるの、技術の進歩を感じる
ロボット型のボス敵を追加中。 動きが遅いのでスーパーアーマーを実装。強力な打撃に加えてマシンガンとミサイルで気持ちよく戦えるようになったけど、敵として戦ったらどうなるかはこれから考える #スーパーゲ制デー #screenshotsaturday #indiegame
新しい敵が通常のザコ敵と仕様がいろいろ違うので同じ枠組みで管理するのに無理が出てきて、アクターの継承構造をリファクタリング中。 こういう作業は目に見える進展が少ないのであまり楽しくないけど、今やっておかないと後で困ることになるので仕方ない

新しいロボ敵、歩きと振り返りと攻撃2種類が動くようになった。 StableDiffusionのドット絵化処理がアニメパターンが多くなると解像度が高すぎて分割処理する必要があって、分割すると色が変わったり変な縦線が出たりしてしまうのでこのあたりの処理を見直す必要が出てきてしまった
新しい敵、少しづつ動くようになってきたけど、リグも作り直しでこれまでのフローに乗らないので難航してる
