What terrible system of Help is in @Swiggy is that you can't open an eneded conversation and that too for invoice. I email them for invoice, team says we have emailed, but no email received. Terrible.

The worst service experience at @zomatocare, despite being a Gold member. My query was raised on 29 Oct and submitted all documents on Nov 02. It has been 18 days since then, and yet all I get is we are working on it. @zomato you need to improve your dining service solutions

Supremely poor support of @SamsungMobile @SamsungGulf they can't get provide international support for installing a small software so that my S22 can use 5g in India. For that in their opinion, I should travel to Dubai. #Disappointed #Samsung

Worst service being an 7+ year customer of ICICI to close my demat account. Father went 2 days ago and confirmed that only things required are a signed form and copy of aadhar and pan and now today they sent him back saying they need sign on other docs as well @ICICIBank

I never imagined a service to be this slow for any bank. It has been more than 30 days since I got in touch with citibank, they took the documents and everyt, and after that they have been AWOL. @CitibankIndia @Citibank @Citi #PoorService #Disappointed
