I booked a @Swiggy genie to deliver food to an animal hospital for sick animals. They took my money for delivery& for the products and then conveniently cancelled the order. The delivery agent’s number is switched off. What is one to do? @SwiggyCares

It’s great that brands are using social media, but is everything you do for someone else to see? Such a shallow world we are in today. Really disappointed with the way brands are speaking to their customers.

Brands don’t seem to care at all about issues / complaints raised through their internal channels via email or their customer service channels. Only through social media. Such a bad practice!

ReUse old newspapers to package the items. At least make sure to separate the items which are small so that we don’t have to sift through them and spend our time and effort separating them this way! @TataConsumer @bigbasket_com @jagograhakjago #consumercomplaints #bigbasket #tata
