How many users did your SaaS get in it's first week after launch?
What is the TAM of your SaaS? You should know/calculate it. It helps you to focus and determine when to quit/pivot.
How long did it take to code your first SaaS?

Ever tried pre-selling your SaaS to customers? With only a figma design or demo to show. I will like to know how it went. I sorta want to do the same thing with a product I am building.
