We demand the Intergovernmental Relations Committee uphold Article 6(2) and Article 189(1)(a) of the Constitution by acting as a true arbiter not an appendage—of the Executive. Stop rubber-stamping oppression! Health (Fourth Schedule Part 2), agriculture, and devolved functions must be respected. Funds must flow as per Article 202(2). Kenyans are watching.
