I have started 20 minutes of workout a day. Today I did sit-ups, push-ups, body movement, jumping🤣, etc. First 10 minutes nothing happened. But second 10 minutes I was starting to sweat. That's what I want. It's a little bit hard but I have to do it every day. Feeling so good

I chose "The $100 Startup". I think it would be a very good book for me. I started reading the book for 1 hour every day. I'm feeling better. It's a really inspirational book for me.

Workout Day: 02 (20 Minutes) I did sit-ups, push-ups, body movement, jumping, etc. I sweat a lot. I feel a little pain in my body, because of doing it for the first time. Today I got a plan, I want to pick a video from youtube and then follow. That makes me feel good, I think.
