Eating “clean” doesn’t ensure fat loss. You can gain weight on healthy foods if you overeat. Fat loss is about calories first. food quality second. Both are importance, but one comes first.

It all started from frame 1 I transferred 35k to a friend this morning @ZenithBank they debited me, she was credited. Then I messaged their customer care on all social media handles trying to lodge a complaints. They weren’t responding to their dms until I fake handle responded.
