Arguably the companies' and employees' interests are at least somewhat opposed. But it's inexcusable for VCs to be such a big source of problems. By distracting and demoralizing founders, they're decreasing their own returns.

Strategy isn't a one man show. Neither the smartest or most knowledgeable can get it right alone! Strategy is to absorb the smartest, wisest, dumbest, and naiveness of the board into a sustainable pathway to goals through steps and process suitable to the people onboard

If you have to build a few things out of many things in your startup, you generally choose basis impact, confidence and ease. I would rather ask the builders to check what can you build that can't be replicated and has very high Impact. That's where the MOAT is!

The autonomous systems have been replacing our physical efforts and we could judge the outcomes fairly right. Now, we will replace/eliminate human judgement for many things we will build. How are we gonna judge these predictions now?
