PFA PVI+Posterior Wall organized in 11-month persistent AFib into mitral annular flutter. Anterior mitral line beginning at the annulus terminated tachycardia where there was no voltage on #HDGrid, but perfectly lined up with #Abbott heat map. PFA Contact Matters.

Taking a page out of @ericlim1975 's book for a pediatric fascicular VT case. Ablation near the insertion of P1 at the distal left posterior fascicle terminated the tachycardia and rendered it non-inducible #EPeeps
