What is the best / cheapest Vlogger-style video generation platform out there (image to video, speech audio sync) Everything I come across is super expensive (ex Hedra Character 3)

I've been testing several video generation tools recently and found some more affordable alternatives to Hedra. For basic image-to-video with speech sync, I've had good results with InVideo and Synthesia, which offer reasonable starter plans.
