@Citi @Citibank @RBI @RBIsays what is this , as you always says that if any fraud transaction happens with anyone then complain within 24 hours and the amount not debited to your account

@Citi @Citibank @RBI @RBIsays i am also lodge police complain against these transaction and provide copy to your customer care, after 1 month you declined the reversal of these transaction and told me to deposit this amount

@Citi @Citibank @RBIsays @RBI , i have faced 4 fraud transaction on my credit card on dt. 01 Aug 2021, i have already complain about these transaction to your customer care within 24 hours, and you provided me complain number against these 4 transaction,
