Diagnosed with ADHD to go along with my depression and anxiety... Going to give Adderall a shot. Maybe it will help for now? Such a mess with the caffeine missing and nicotine... Ugh hopefully I get some relief.

Giving up diet Pepsi.... All of the drs and reports say I need to drop caffeine mental health depends on it. I fear this withdrawal more than the alcohol. So far so good. 24 hrs and used 50mg gum for the first round of headaches. Fingers crossed - I can do it!

Sis and cousin want the kids to exchange gift cards to avoid junk to step on and throw away. I found some bags my mom had for stockings for the kids and this lovely box of 300 junk toys. Oh and candy I added lots of candy! They suck and I am summoning my fathers assholery this yr

Sister is planning Christmas. Mom always did this- meaning me I did this I showed up for a few days to help and cooked. My sister's text said not to worry I wouldn't be cooking. Lofl don't worry I won't - gonna watch this implode. Wouldn't want anyone to get sick from my food lol

New covid booster - totally recommend Flu shot - gotta do this every year... No real side effects - just sore arms. Probably won't get both at the same time again. I need at least one functioning arm lol
