I think it will take longer than a year or two, but I very much agree with Sriram that equity compensation is overdue for an overhaul. It’s simultaneously complex, obscured, and imprecise. It was also constructed for a world that was slower moving and less fluid than today’s.

New: Tens of millions of Americans are now eligible for booster shots. Those who received Pfizer or Moderna and are 65 and older, at high-risk for severe COVID, work in a high-risk job or live in a high-risk setting can get a booster, at least 6 months after their 2nd shot.

Reasonable explanation i have seen on this debate. Applies to number of situations => One classic example is millions of cheap computers powering data centers compared to powerful IBM and SUN machines in the last decade. Scalable options dominates eventually.
