Got an em. call today at 11.40 am, rushed towards the concerned hospital. The dist. was merely 2.5kms but it took 25 mins to reach thr bcoz of heavy traffic n barricading. The patient was saved but wht to do in such situations? Wht if a mishap would hv happened? @hemantrajora_
