Something funny about humans is that we’re always changing. We dye our hair, cook new food, play new games... nothing about us is stagnant! And that’s a good thing.
Recovery is everything. It’s hard now, but you’re doing this for yourself. For future happiness. Everything is gonna turn out okay when you put in the work :)
If you’re hurting, you’re hurting. No matter the reason, no matter the situation, your pain is valid. You deserve to get better. You deserve to win.
The little things are what make life worth living... daily coffees, content creators, hoodies, snacks, friends. They make me so happy to be here. What makes you happy to be here too?
Best thing about being alone: you get all the chocolate to yourself :)
Stop romanticizing mental illness. Stop making people desire it as a reason for their problems. Just... stop. Being the victim shouldn’t be so desirable. I don’t understand why more people don’t want to be the heroes.
It’s okay to feel sad. It’s even okay to wallow in it. I promise. But be careful, though. Too much wallowing leads to depression, and depression isn’t something to desire.
Sometimes, all that keeps me going is the beauty in the world. Remembering someday I’ll be free gives me purpose to live today.
You’re beautiful. And if no one loves you, then fuck it, I love you.
Fuck brains, fuck mental illness, fuck everything that we can’t control. It sucks that we just have to bite the bullet and take the shit life throws at us. But we’ve been through all of our problems thus far... maybe that means we can get through the rest too?
How to help executive dysfunction: complete little tasks. Give yourself time to finish things. Take a shower. Treat yourself :)
Anyways, I’m ready to focus on this account again. You guys are too amazing for me to forget.
My mental health has not been great. I’ll be honest. It’s hard to lift others up when I can’t even lift myself up. But, good news- I finally cut the bad stuff out of my life. And 9 days later, I’m feeling better and better. Things are looking up you guys.
just because someone is smiling doesn’t mean they’re not depressed. just because someone is confident doesn’t mean they’re not anxious. you really can never tell what someone else is going through.

off topic- but day 1 of recovery for me starts tomorrow. i finally went to see a therapist, i’m finally getting on medication, and i’m finally excited for what’s to come. suicide was not the answer. but maybe this is?
