Caught a cold over the Bank holiday so this is my first run since I did my 30 minutes - my pace has somehow improved which I do feel is because I rested my legs after pushing myself so much - I'm slowly moving forward to the 5/km pace I need for the 5k in 30 minutes!

I've been stuck for the past week at the same weight but this morning after my run last night i finally lost a pound!! Even if I kept losing "only" one pound a week that'll put me on track to be my goal weight this time next year!

It's my last day of week 6 which was meant to be a 25 minute run - It was lashing it down for half of it but I've ever felt so good so I just kept moving - This is honestly the longest I've ever run in my life - I set my pb in pace, time, and distance - I can't stop smiling 😁

I am officially the same weight I was on 31st January 2022 - took me around 15 months to gain back 10 pound and just a month to lose it all again

At this point after 5 weeks of running, healthier choices for my snacks and dinners - Actually eating breakfast - 50mg of elvance to make my brain go whrrrrr - I have lost a steady 10lb! Around 1-2lb a week - Steady but slow progress is still progress!

28th April- I've been running for around 5 weeks now and I can go for the 20 minutes - My legs were burning and my pace was alot slower in prep for the longer time - I am really proud to have gotten to this point - Last time I got this far in the program I quit!

My first 8 minute run! I was really proud of hitting that 1km in just over 7 minutes - I actually didn't feel that tired on this run as I've figured out my pacing and my legs don't burn as much - It's more battling with my brain to keep going - 26th April

This was my first run that I actually tracked - 24th March - it was quite slow as I was basically trying to get used to running for a longer time and figuring out a pace I can manage without the risk of quitting

This was essentially my first " run " with C25K where its 60 seconds of running and then a 90 second walk 8 times - 22nd March - its kinda fun that they took it as walking which is fair enough
