any mistakes made by servers had to be paid for by the servers or it would be removed from their paycheck. anywhere from $20-100

servers had to make mixed drinks underage as well as taste them to make sure they were done right

she threatened to fire servers whose sales weren’t over $200/ hr (meaning you have to clock out when it’s slow) and you had to make 10% tips

the owner has played it smart and knows how to do illegal stuff that isn’t so bad that she will get caught and shut down. so she continues to do it and has remained open

the servers are not only mistreated by the owner but the sushi chef as well has even threatened to HIT a server and yells at them in front of customers !!
