Really enjoying the build up to the new year, it’s been a lot better than previous years. Spending some time reflecting on how much I have actually achieved this year which is unbelievable. Be proud, never satisfied and always excited🙌🏻

Had my music on in the gym today and someone made a comment saying 'music is brutal' so turned it down a wee bit then someone else said 'music needs to be louder'. Can't win😂
