Pancreas RT: plot thickens w RTOG 0848 showing 5yr OS (48 v 29 mo) & DFS (47 v 19 mo) benefit to adjuvant chemoRT in resectable pancreas ca for pN0 subset. My interpretation: N0 = have greater risk of local v distant recurrence – may benefit from locoregional tx. 1/3 #ASCO24
