Summers are here and temp becoming unbearable. Been a loyal customer of Lg for 20 years. When i need their services the most to repair my A/c all i get is false assurances. Paying hefty sums on AMC each year, customer gets a cold response when needed most.@LGServiceCentre

1mg online pharmacy got pathetic service and customer care even worse. Medicines ordered on 1 Feb, not delivered till 6 Feb. CC is helpless, not processing neither cancelling order. Do they expect customer to wait for 6 days for delivering meds??@1mgOfficial, @CDSCO_INDIA_INF

Pledge never to buy Philips products! Faulty products, refusal to acknowledge the warranty associated with product. What balant disregard for customer service and commitment. I would push consumer court and claim damages for harassment. @philipsindia@consumercell @jagograhakjago

Paid car premium for 8 years, never claimed. Request to issue NCB cert, to transfer my benefits falls on ignorant ears. I stand to loose NCB credit on new vehicle. @ICICILombard @irdainsurance @irda @FinMinIndia
