a few random hacks: - brush your teeth with coconut oil. it properly kills bacteria and doesn’t irritate the mouth. - when using face masks or scrubs, use them on your lips. if you do this your lips will be a lot softer and less chapped.
tips for when ur on ur period: - always keep pads/tampons in your bag. - change your pad every 3-4 hours. - use feminine wipes to clean down there. - take a warm shower. - wear comfortable clothes.
have period cramps? - use heat to ease the pain eg. hot bath, hot water bottle. - do some gentle stretches. - self massage using lavender oil. - drink herbal tea eg. raspberry, chamomile, chai tea, green tea. - eat bananas and dark chocolate.
