For suitable patients, a CFA endarterectomy is still the gold standard treatment for CFA disease. In this case, we performed a long patch from the CFA to the profunda. The patch was then punctured to treat a proximal CIA lesion. #vascularsurgery #PADed #limbsalvage #surgery
