Dear @ncert, @EduMinOfIndia any idea when we can expect the availability of "revised books" of Class-8 for the ongoing session. It's been 3 mnths since the session started and there's no way the books r available anywhere. Schools and students are struggling hard. Poor planning.

Dear @SBICard_Connect, u can't handle a simple credit limit request since d last 10 days.Ur team ws very proactive in selling the card but now the TAT is increasing day by day. More interestingly, you didn't give any interaction ID, which is mandatory for escalation of complaint.

Dear @bajajallianz 4 wheeler insurance policy not renewed even after 6 days of premium payment and multiple calls and mails. Plz refund the money asap. Who'll take the responsibility if previous policy ends and an eventuality occurs ?

Dear @RailMinIndia the UTS app doesn't work at all for paperless tickets when it is needed the most. This is certainly not a push toward digital transformation of railways.
