.@thetrainline hi. I had a problem with your app earlier, saying I'd been blocked. It looked like an error with whatever hosting provider you use, but it stopped me using my ticket and I had to buy a last minute Northern one. Who do I contact about this please? I'd like a refund.

.@TPEassist hi. I'm fully aware there's nothing you can do today, but I'm getting really fed up of almost all the seats on your trains being reserved. Coach D on the 17:21 Piccadilly to Glasgow is always described as unreserved but it's half red lights!
