Subclavian vein (SV) injury after thymoma op. Despite SV surgical suturation, extravasated and total occluded. SV was passed through the femoral +brachial vein with a 0.35 wire. A 13.5x60 mm self-expanded graft stent was successfully implanted. Less invasive, best invasive.

Brachiocephalis dialysis fistula, cephalic severe, hard lesion, resistant to dilation. The shorter balloon did not open despite the high pressure. Then, cutting balloon solved the problem easily.What would be your other suggestion? #fistulafirst

Dialysis + ESRD. Left brachiocephalic trunk total. severe swelling in the left arm. After PTA and stent, the swelling resolved within 48 hours. After the procedure, edema fluid is drawn to the center. Don't forget to take dialysis to avoid pulmonary edema. #dialysis #stent

In a patient referred for Transoesophageal echocardiography with a prediagnosis of catheter thrombosis and/or endocarditis, I first look at the x-ray graph. If the X-ray is like one of these, the probability of seeing a positive finding in TEE is very low. What do you think.
