#amexplatinum Fail. Centurion Lounge at SFO suddenly decided to only let outbound customers use the lounge. Too much traffic. Meanwhile it was a lot less crowded than I’ve seen it. Use of the lounge after a long day of travel is precisely why I have this card! Refund please!
