In my position I am constantly troubleshooting problems. Some of these problems are caused by clients making a change. Nearly every time when they are told the issue is because x what changed they say "no, it wasn't me". Even if there are logs proving it was them. Why do they do that? Do they really believe they didn't make the change having a gap in memory? Or are they just lying because they don't want to have any responsibility to themselves?
