We applied to the Premier League for a free girl's football kit and it finally came. I showed my team the kit. Three Muslim girls came forward so I showed them the sporting hijab. They just stared at each other with mouths wide open. Can't wait to see them play in it now.

Last month I worked undercover at HMP Bedford, one of the most dangerous jails in the country. I was hired by an agency without thorough checks - they didn’t even Google my name! - and then I was able to walk inside and interact with prisoners without security searches.
