Perfect de stress session 3 x 4 minute round robin kettle bells session plus 4x 30 second sprints/30 sec rest on tread mill at 15 speed need a beer!!! No more long gym sessions short sharp 25 -30 mins max the journey starts tonight aim 1.5 stone loss by xmas

Not a bad day so far Marathon 2020 sorted and confirmation following meeting yesterday I start working with a new client on a 6 month coaching contract as of Monday!! BOOM!! Looking forward to helping my client turn his business around and position it for sale in 6-12 months

Boom!!!! 2020 London Marathon here we come now the hard work starts with the extra training Waiting to hear if James ( my son) has got through the ballot It would be fantastic to be able to run it with him

So finally after leaving the hotel in Turkey at 10.30pm (Turkish time) later night and after a 5 hour coach journey from Manchester this morning got back to Bognor Regis to pick up the dog only 15 hour return journey

So much for the CAA Yep we have a new flight time and our flight nows goes into Manchester and not Gatwick which is where we flew from however no email nothing around how we get to the airport if our pick up is actually coming or not! 4.5hr flight +4hr coach+1hr home!!!

WOW! THAI MASSAGE just had my first authentic Thai massage wow is all I can say How strong are those lovely little ladies !!! Body feels rejuvenated

So On hols and Thomas Cook go into liquidation Really poor to see a load of Brits having a go at the holiday rep she has just been told no more job probably, not their fault so why have a go! Ain't nothing we can do to change it so may as well kick back relax and enjoy

MORNING Everyone Monday morning blast Gym at 6.15am blasted out a 40 minute session to get the old brain and body kicking this morning. Focusing on "DOING" today Getting those things done that have been "put aside" for seemingly more important things. #getitdone #JustDoIt

Wow now that was a good session beat my best 5k time in over a year , banged out relentless 20 minute HiTT session feeling pumped Poor guys at rugby training are they in for a training session( I take the lead on the fitness session) bring it on Sunday #feelingalive
