AI demonstrates the sunk-cost fallacy perfectly: Just one more "this doesn't work!" prompt, you think, and it'll fix it!! But often it won't, and now you've wasted 30 minutes begging that you could have spent learning how to actually fucking do it yourself.
"AI" is not a silver bullet. It doesn't magically solve all the world's problems. It is a tool which is useful in some ways but also useless and harmful in others. The sooner we accept and internalize this reality, the less painful the disillusionment will feel.
