i work nights and i’m more excited to go home and weigh myself to see how much i’ve lost than i am to go home and go to sleep
was gonna get a green tea at starbucks but got an iced americano with pumpkin foam :) and i still didn’t hit my 500 cal limit
not only am i finally out of the 260s i lost 2 lbs in one day 😭😭😭 i could cry fr
i felt like i ate terrible before coming to work but i just calculated everything i ate and it was 222 cal so i guess i could’ve been worse
my roommate knows about my ed and just told me i shouldn’t be eating a sugar free pudding bc then i won’t lose weight lmao
