Lifetime warranty can be misleading. I found out firsthand when I got a @tenthousandcc shorts and then tried to exchange it when the threading started coming off. The support team mentioned lifetime means about 2 years. Beware before buying the shorts. #fitness #gym #gymlife

@epsilon11 Research has shown humans can only focus for 72 minutes at a time. After that, you start lose focus. Intentionally defocusing and refocusing can reset it. @epsilon11 #AgileTD
