We have been invited to the @NazLegacy Iftar tonight. We will have young people from the north west, north east, midlands and south joining in the Iftar and showing first hand how youth empowerment can make all the difference to future generations 💪🏽

So amazing to go away this weekend with a group of 10 YP, they were amazing, engaged in all activities, made us proud, thank you @YHAOfficial for hosting us. It allows YP to view the world differently, boosts confidence, social skills & communication. @equalinks thank you too.

Another amazing Residential - thanks to @equalinks - it’s so important young people get to explore the outdoors and learn, Research has even suggested that outdoor learning boosts confidence, social skills, communication, motivation, physical skills, knowledge and understanding.

PoC in #Liverpool we’re running a beginner friendly paddleboarding session in the city on 26th March. If you’ve always wanted to try it, but didn’t know where to start or couldn’t afford the usual fees please sign up. The sessions have been heavily subsidised for PoC only. 🛶

Day 4, we went into our groups to complete Zip Wiring/Low Ropes then swapped to ensure all groups completed everything…following this, we had lunch and got on the coach, we are en route home. 💯🙏🏽 it’s been a fantastic residential- thank you @equalinks @Kingswood_ - we loved it.

Day 3 - We had a great time doing the Epic Challenges which lasted all day, we had a team leader who guided us and we completed a variety of activities throughout until Dinner. After dinner, we completed Archery Activity, followed by a camp fire. @equalinks @Kingswood_
