Underrated advice: Take more dhikr walks. Not for health. For clearing brain fog. The Prophet ﷺ walked often. Your best ideas come when your body moves and your heart remembers.

The older I get, the more I realize that life will test you with the same challenge until you learn the lesson. The same fight in every relationship. The same burnout in every job. The same regret in every missed chance. Until you do the inner work, the outer world won’t change.

Learn to set healthy boundaries for your own well-being. That doesn’t mean you can’t be a kind and caring person. Learn when to walk away & when to work things out. You can’t control how people treat you but you can control what you tolerate.
