Did @10xGenomics just make newer versions of Cell Ranger open source? github.com/10XGenomics/ce… (cc @sjackman, @luizirber). This is a huge win for open, transparent, and reproducible science if it’s the case!

I am happy to announce Rust-HTSlib 0.21 and Rust-Bio 0.22. Rust-HTSlib contains many small usability improvements (a lot of them implemented by @10xGenomics). Rust-Bio provides a comprehensive HMM implementation (thanks to Manuel Holtgrewe). Great work by a growing community!

Folk asked about inbreeding. Here's sim. (1000 inds/deme) zoomed in, total & unique ancs in dark & lighter cols respectively. Genealogical ancs soon overlap, genetic ans still lag
