How do people break eggs with one hand and not get egg shell pieces in there ? Like how ? I tried breaking with one hand and i was successful but then i have to spend next minute getting that shell out so breaking eggs with both hands is better right ?

@fabcodingzest Don't use an edge to break the shells, this leads to fragments breaking loose from the membrane inside it. I gently tap the egg on the work top until cracks appear and can then easily open the egg with bits of shell falling off.
