How do people enjoy things? What’s that like not feeling empty all the time?

One of the major problems with having depression is when you know something will help you and you can’t do it. Exercise helps me but I have no motivation to exercise. Friends help me but I’m an anxious introvert. But unhealthy coping mechanisms, no problem fam 👌

Gender Self-determination law approved in Portugal. from 16 years old onward, people can just request a gender change on all their paperwork, with no medical requirement. Historic, awesome news
