What is this behavior @HDFCBank_Cares It happened with me as well at #encalm lounge last week. Luckily due to wrong pin my transaction was declined that’s when i got to know that they were charging me over 3.5k for lounge entry instead of 2 rs #hdfc #bankingdispute
