FCREMC employees spent their Friday morning at the Fulton County Animal Center as their Community Day service project. Employees cleaned inside and outside, prepared cat shelters and got to walk dogs! Thanks to our staff for your hard work and dedication to our community!
Last night, our Student Board spent the evening with three guys from the line department learning how the electricity gets from the pole by the road to the home. They then applied their knowledge and built a small section of line. The night ended with bucket truck rides!

The Operation Round Up Board awarded the Rochester Downtown Partnership with $500 for the annual Nickle Plate Music and Arts Festival. This festival takes place this Saturday in downtown Rochester. Be sure to stop by and check it out! #LightingThePath
We held our first Student Board meeting of the year, welcoming 3 new juniors along with our returning seniors. Students participated in ice breakers, a building tour and scavenger hunt, and then ended the meeting preforming a skit of their favorite cooperative principle!

FCREMC awarded an Operation Round Up grant to a Fulton County Leadership Academy (FCLA) group that teamed up with CASA to provide Fulton County Sensory Bags to those in need during emergency situations. #LightingThePath
In January, our Operation Round Up board awarded Food Finders Food Bank a grant that they used to fund a mobile food pantry in Kewanna. Today Andrew, Carissa and Rob spent their morning passing out food at that mobile pantry in Kewanna to 77 local families. #LightingThePath
